A key success factor of the event was the implementation of the cloud-based software platform called <\/span>Meccanismi<\/b>, which revolutionized logistics management and the participant experience. Meccanismi has introduced an advanced system of <\/span>access control<\/b>, ensuring a smooth and highly secure accreditation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entire flow of the event was orchestrated through Meccanismi: upon arrival, each participant picked up his or her accreditation at the accreditation desk, where a team of hostesses and stewards, specially trained by the event organizer, handed out name badges equipped with a chip containing the user’s registration information.
