To whom it is addressed
Investments by small and medium-sized enterprises, located throughout the country, are facilitated.
Companies, when submitting their application, must:
(a) be duly incorporated, registered and “active” in the Commercial Register
(b) be in full and free exercise of their rights, not be in voluntary liquidation and not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings
(c) not already be in difficulty as of December 31, 2019, subject to the exemptions provided for micro and small enterprises in the relevant aid guidelines
(d) be in ordinary accounting and have at least two approved financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies or have filed, in the case of sole proprietorships and partnerships, at least two tax returns
(e) be in compliance with current regulations on building and zoning, labor, accident prevention and environmental protection, and be in good standing with regard to contribution obligations
(f) having repaid sums due as a result of measures to revoke facilities granted by the Ministry
(g) have not, in the 2 years prior to the submission of the application, relocated to the production unit that is the subject of the investment, and undertake not to do so even until the 2 years following the completion of the investment
(h) not to be in any of the exclusion situations stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of DM February 10, 2022.
